Schools

In order to provide quality tuition for children of its staff the European GNSS Agency (the Agency) would like to enter into agreements with some schools in all locations where it has established, or intends to establish, an office. The Agency will directly pay the tuition fees to those schools which will be selected and which staff members would choose to send their children to.

PLEASE NOTE:

This call for interest is in no way binding for the Agency. Until the agreements are signed, the Agency may cancel this call for interest, without the schools being entitled to claim any compensation.

In addition, the Agency also reserves the right to terminate any agreement with schools at any time in the future, giving the school reasonable notice, typically until the end of the relevant school year.

Enrolment of children to the schools is not guaranteed by any agreements between the Agency and schools, as this shall further depend on external factors, such as the choice of the individual staff members and the availability of annual budget of the Agency.

In order to provide quality tuition for children of its staff the European GNSS Agency (the Agency) would like to enter into agreements with some schools in France (in Saint-Germain-en-Laye or in its neighbourhood). The Agency will directly pay the tuition fees to those schools which will be selected and which staff members would choose to send their children to.

Every school which would be interested in entering into an agreement with the Agency for this purpose is invited to submit its offer. Every offer shall include at least

  • A filled-in questionnaire (download the form here (En français); it is possible to specify your answers in a separate annex .
  • Documents needed for registration of the school in the financial system of the EU (a duly filled-in and signed Legal Entity Form , a duly filled-in and signed Financial Identification Form - the links to the appropriate forms are below at the bottom of the page) and the required supporting documents.

The school must meet the following criteria:

  1. The tuition shall be provided in any official language(s) of the European Union with possibility to learn other official languages of the EU. 2. Tuition fees to be paid by the Agency shall not exceed the average fees paid for the same services by parents of other children admitted to the same school. The Agency reserves the right to exclude any offer(s) found incompatible with the Agency’s budget, in particular offers where fees would exceed by more than 50% the average fee level resulting from all relevant offers.
  3. The school must be within the reasonable distance from the seats of the Agency in France.
