In 2020, the Galileo constellation started broadcasting the first Open Service Navigation Message Authentication (OSNMA) Signals in Space (SiS) for testing purposes. This new pioneering service will provide authentication of the navigation data used in the Position, Velocity and Time information (PVT) to Galileo Open Service users.
